Worked in the family-owned Korean grocery store while identifying operational challenges and developing AI-based solutions for inventory, pricing, labor, and customer experience, supported by financial modeling projecting a 114% three-year ROI. Extended this work into cultural marketing by redesigning store visuals and developing branding concepts that connect Southgate Mart’s Korean heritage with its local community.
